First Assistant

Production Assistant

 

Production Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the production quality of all promotional, commercial, and public service announcements.  Will coordinate and schedules all aspects of production to meet deadlines. Production Assistant  requires 1-3 years of related experience, or specialized training and/or certification.

​

Account Manager will oversee new client accounts and incoming leads as well as handling long-term relationships and sourcing new clients.  The account manager will research potential partners, create pitches for potential partners, and outreach. 

​

First Assistant will coordinate and provide high-quality administrative support to the executive team. The role will include but not limited to analyzing documents, preparing research reports, coordinate and maintain monthly calendar schedule and other duties as assigned.
